CPL(A) Commercial Pilot License Training

Purpose of the course


To increase the training and skills of a pilot holding a PPL (A) license for general requirements,
To train Co-Pilot or Pilot-In Command (PIC) for a Commercial Airline Transport aircraft or an aircraft of any establishment,
To train pilot in command for any single-engine aircraft for commercial airline transport,
To train Co-Pilot for Commercial Airline Transport.

Course Requirements

  • Must have received the Basic Instrument Training Certificate by completing the instrument training,
  • Completing the 150: 00 hours PIC flight time,
  • If a multi-engine aircraft is used in the skill test,
  • Fulfill the requirements of the class or type rating designation for multi-engine aircraft in accordance with Subpart H of SHT-FCL
  • Be at least 18 years old,
  • To be at least a high school or equivalent school graduate,
  • Having a valid 1st class health certificate issued by aviation medical centers authorized by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation,

Theoretical Knowledge Training

During the CPL (A) training, students receive 250:00 hours of theory training and 18:00 hours of pre-flight theory training.

Flight Training

Non- IR (A) authorized students, 25:00 hours; Students with IR (A) authorization receive 15:00 hours of flight training.
